St Joseph’s PTFA 100 Club is like a lottery with a pre-set number of tickets available to buy, e.g. 100 tickets for a 100 Club. Players (parents, teachers and friends of the school) pay a fixed subscription for their chosen number (or numbers) and will then be entered into a draw once a term. A percentage of the profits make up the cash prizes and the remainder goes to the PTFA for the school. It’s a win-win!

MOVIE NIGHT: FRIDAY 13TH MARCH 2020

Posted: TUESDAY 25TH FEBRUARY 2020
SHAUN THE SHEEP: FARMAGEDDON

We will be having a school movie night on Friday 13th March 2020 directly after school. Parents will not be required to collect their children at 3 pm, those registered will be taken into the hall for the screening of the movie.

Parent pick up will be promptly by 5.30 pm. Children will be signed out of the school building by a teacher/PTFA volunteer and given to parents at the school gate.

We kindly ask that parents do not come into the hall to collect their children.

2019 PANTO TICKETS – WEDNESDAY 11TH DECEMBER 2019

POSTED: TUESDAY 12th NOVEMBER 2019
Aladdin

If you would like your child to participate in this wonderful trip parents are asked to donate a contribution of £7 per child. The trip to the pantomime is funded by the PTFA and donations are kindly requested in order to moderately cover the cost of the event. With this in mind, we are asking for slightly higher donations this year due to the fact that more money raised towards the panto offsets the cost of this event thus allowing more funds to be donated to the school.

Should you wish to make a higher donation for a child ticket other options are available online ranging from a minimum donation of £7 up to £14. (This is still a significant reduction to the cost of a full-priced ticket)

Adult volunteer tickets have sold out but there may be some extra tickets nearer or on the date of the Pantomime. If you would like your name to be put on a waiting list please mark it on the slip sent out via Parent Mail.

If you are making payment online via the PTFA website, the permission slip attached will still need to be signed and placed in the red PTFA post box. (positioned just outside the inner gate of the school).

We request that all payments and permission slips be returned by Monday, 2nd December.

Please note that Mrs Hannon will not be accepting any payments or permission slips for this event, as this trip has been organised by the PTFA.

Whilst all children will be able to attend this trip regardless of donation, future trips to the panto may be in jeopardy should there not be enough financial support for the event.
